The Style 4 solid drilled threaded thermowell is available with either a parallel or tapered stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available.

The solid drilled threaded thermowell is also available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).

The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor.

In order to determine or prove the suitability and required dimensions of a thermowell based on the process conditions, we offer wake frequency calculations as per ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016. In addition, there are a number of other certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).
